About the organizational unit
In the Department for housing and property-legal affairs, the internal organizational units are:

In the Department for Legal, General and Facilities Insurance Affairs, work and tasks related to the management of legal, personnel and general affairs are carried out, drafts of acts and resolutions from the competence of the Service are carried out based on the decisions and conclusions of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, drafting of normative acts that are related to the control of the expenditure of funds, carries out standardization of work and tasks of the Service, proposes rationalization measures in the use of work and expenditure of funds, drafts contracts and agreements concluded by the Service. In the Department, work is carried out in connection with the allocation of official apartments for temporary use by officials, office work, keeping records of acts as well as other documentation until they are handed over to the competent archive, performing printing and duplicating work, taking measures to prevent diversion, fire protection and natural disasters, and internal security of facilities as well as maintenance of peace and order in facilities and safety at work.
