About the organizational unit

The Office for Service Affairs in Mostar carries out the following tasks: internal security, ongoing maintenance of business facilities owned by federal authorities and bodies and facilities used by them in Mostar, maintenance of hygiene of business premises and facilities and the associated space around the facilities, provision of catering services in facility of the Government of the Federation of BiH and other facilities where federal ministries are located in Mostar, preparation and coordination of work on holding sessions of the Government of the Federation of BiH in Mostar, official visits of officials of the Federation of BiH, visits of foreign delegations to the Government of the Federation of BiH and federal ministries in Mostar, supervision of facilities , devices and installations in buildings, monitoring the supply of the building of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Mostar with energy and communal services, planning the use of the meeting hall and congress hall in the building of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Mostar according to requests and making proposals to the director of the Service, supervising the holding of meetings in accordance with the given approvals, monitoring the implementation of all contracts concluded by the Service, which relate to the performance of the Service's work in the building of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Mostar and other facilities where federal ministries are located. The office is functionally connected with all departments of the Service in Sarajevo, in which part it maintains constant coordination and cooperation.
