About the organizational unit

In the Department for housing and property-legal affairs, the internal organizational units are:

In the Department for housing and property-legal affairs, the records and purchase of apartments of the military-housing fund of the former Federal Ministry of Defence, takeover of apartments from the competent housing authorities, keep records of real estate that the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has the right to dispose of, activities that relate to records, data processing and purchase of apartments owned by federal authorities and bodies, apartments owned by foreign countries and located on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, tasks related to the allocation of official apartments for temporary use by officials, care of procurement of equipment for those apartments, recording it, attending the handover and taking care of the collection of rents for the use of apartments for temporary accommodation, keeping records, updating the necessary cadastral and land registry documentation, and taking care of unpromising military locations, barracks, military facilities, business premises and garages of the former Federal Ministry of Defence, until the final settlement of the status of the same and records and updating of data and settlement of the status of movable property of the former Federal Ministry of Defence, affairs related to real estate of the former Institute for Payment Transactions of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
